// About Me
I began my design career as an architect and 3D artist with an eye for creating engaging visuals and an understanding of how humans interact with their space. These skills helped me build a small business providing beautiful images and animations for a wide variety of clients across many different industries.
When I discovered virtual reality, I immediately became excited by the potential and obsessed with the challenge of how to design intuitive user experiences in this new 3-dimensional medium with no precedents.
At the time I knew I didn’t have all the skills at the time to tackle this ambitious and ambiguous problem so I enrolled in classes at SMC to learn to code and learn UX design, which has given me a greater ability to combine technology and design to solve human problems.
With these new skills, combined with almost 10 years of experience as a 3D artist and designer, and a willingness to learn, I possess a unique hybrid of abilities to help bridge the gap between the complications of an emerging technology like VR and the people that it can help.
